By accessing tekarc.shop or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders at our sole discretion
  • In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel

3. Orders & Payment

  • An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay
  • All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free standard shipping worldwide
  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (may vary by location)
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control

5. Returns & Refunds

  • 30-day return window from date of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact
  • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions

6. Warranty

All TEKARC products include a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear (blades, foils, combs)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage from use with non-TEKARC accessories

7. Intellectual Property

All content on tekarc.shop (text, images, logos, designs, code) is owned by TEKARC and protected by intellectual property laws. "TEKARC", "Quality Or Nothing", and "TEKARC Care+" are registered trademarks.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • TEKARC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow instructions

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Beyond the express warranty stated above, products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with support@tekarc.shop
  • If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
  • Class action waiver: you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions

11. Force Majeure

TEKARC shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

12. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. We will notify registered customers of material changes via email.
