Free Worldwide Shipping
All orders qualify for free standard shipping — no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Customs & Duties
- All TEKARC orders are shipped tax-free
- In rare cases, international orders may be subject to local import taxes — these are the buyer's responsibility
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@tekarc.shop. We'll locate your package or issue a replacement/refund.
