Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact
  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned
  • Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@tekarc.shop with your order number
  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Exchanges

To exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Warranty Claims

  • For items within warranty period, email support@tekarc.shop
  • Include your order number, product details, and description of the issue
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse
