Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact
- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned
- Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@tekarc.shop with your order number
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Exchanges
To exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Warranty Claims
- For items within warranty period, email support@tekarc.shop
- Include your order number, product details, and description of the issue
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse
